Relax and relieve joint pain with a Hot Stone Massage. The massage uses both heated, smooth volcanic basalt, and cool granite stones to allow a deeply intensive massage using Swedish therapeutic massage techniques. In a Hot Stone Massage, the stones encourage blood flow throughout the body, aiding and reducing inflammation that can cause joint pain.

Pregnancy Massage

Your treatment couch will be correctly set as recommended during pregnancy and using carefully positioned pillows to ensure your comfort is met. Treatment can be performed from week 14 in your pregnancy right up to due date.

Hopi Ear Candle

Hopi Ear candles benefit conditions affecting the head and ears such as sinus congestion, ear noises and excessive earwax. The rising air through the column of the candle and gentle natural movement of the flame serve to gently massage the ear drum.
